Goods in Possession
Despite the best possible methods and materials used to safeguard the media in which your raw wedding footage resides, errors and omissions are still possible. The processing of any film, videotape or other media for production purpose or any other handling, constitutes an agreement by you that if such film, videotape or other media is damaged, lost or mishandled by our company or any affiliated company, agents or employees, even though due to the fault of any of the foregoing, or if unauthorized access to our facilities is gained by any third party, our liability will be limited, at our option, to a full refund of any money paid by you to us. The foregoing will be your exclusive remedy for any such loss, damage, or mishandling.
Should you be unhappy with your completed order for whatever reason and we cannot mutually resolve your dissatisfaction, we will return your money (less and shipping and any taxes paid), minus a 25% cancellation fee. You must return all of the products you originally purchased and assure us in writing that no copies of the video production(s) have been made in any way, to qualify for this refund. Return postage or any shipping charges, which affect your return, are your responsibility.
